The Gumz Family
Gumz Family
Taylor, Mathew, Amy and Kevin Gumz

Amy has been involved with horses all her life and the name Gumz Farms has long been synonymous with champions. Amy has always been active in the show arena with multiple Congress and World Champion credits to her name.  Although her education is based in the business specialty, with a bachelor of science from Purdue University and a Masters in Business Administration from Ball State University, the horse business was an undeniable attraction.  With a special interest in the science of reproduction and breeding technology, Amy has managed multiple World and Congress champion stallions and serviced up to 1200 mares annually.  Specializing in stallion with behavior management problems, Gumz Farms has been highlighted in most major publications and achieved International recognition.  She became a Select Breeders Service accredited affiliate in 2000 till 2007. Select Breeders Service is the largest equine freezing, storage and distribution company in the United States.  As an USDA approved facility, they offer International freezing quarantines for export quality frozen equine semen and embryos.  Their most recent endeavor is relocating the farm to Kentucky to take advantage of the Kentucky Breeders Incentive Program.

Kentucky Division:
Gumz Farms Kentucky Division brings an exciting new addition to Gumz Farms. The beautiful Kentucky Farms will offer premier breeding services to a select group of stallions.
